It is somewhat new but there are on going projects being worked DIY style. The structure is different, it resembles room being fitted inside a hanger or warehouse structure. The shower is very nice and strong water pressure. On site bike rental.
The furniture is very nice solid wood, but it is not being properly decorated. While the room is new the outside is very dusty and lacking cleaning. There room has a residual smell of industrial clues. The place is located in a remote part of town. There is absolutely nothing around within a 20 minute walking distance.
