Convenience to public transport (bus and tram only a matter of metres from the accommodation). We took a bus right to the central train station.
Walking distance to eateries.
Big room.
Friendly and courteous host.
Clean and basic - just what we needed for a short stay.
Nothing to report.
Despite not being strictly a 100% private bathroom (the host occasionally works on premises, not that you'd really notice), it wasn't an issue.

Very nice host, communicative and helpful! Very easy to understand how to get inside and responded fast to our inquiries.
No air conditioning- just one fan. But that is on the listing so is to be expected. Can get hot during summer (we came in July).

The host was incredibly kind, always quick to respond, and made me feel truly welcomed. The apartment is beautifully located in a lovely neighborhood, perfect for my last-minute stay in Milano. Since I was working, I especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the comfortable desk space. It was such a pleasant and cozy place—I would happily return anytime.

La posizione è ottima, si arriva in centro a piedi o in metro fermata Loreto. Tutto molto comodo. L’host è gentile e disponibile.
Il bagno non è a uso privato anche se è scritto nella descrizione ed io sono stato fortunato a non incontrare nessuno. Qualche cosa nella doccia è da aggiustare. Eviterei i tappeti che a me hanno procurato un po’ di allergia. Pulsante del wc da sistemare. Il portone non chiude occorre sbatterlo. Mancava scottex o tovaglioli di carta in cucina.
