Very clean, the owner took a call at 4 am as one of our party had taken the keys into the property and two of us couldn’t get in. He came and opened the door. So went above and beyond what he needed to do

The best thing was the size, 3 rooms with lots of space especially for the suitcases. The closeness to lots of amenities was good.
There were lots of things that needed fixing . The toilet seat was almost falling off, in the shower the water did not go away, maybe there is a blockage, you had to switch off the shower twice otherwise the water would overflow the tray. The bathroom needed hooks to put clothes and towels on.The blind in the kitchen needed hooks to be rolled up manually, there was insufficient crockery. The floors were dirty. There was a broken handrail on the stairs. Some instructions on how to use the TV would have been helpful. There was an attempted robbery of a delivery driver immediately outside the front door as we wanted to enter.
