Cozy 1 bed Flat in Walsall Town Centre

The location was great, it was closed to the place I was going

The bed was conformable but the pillows were too hard, I woke up with neck pain

The apartment was more than my expectations.

Spacious for 2 of us, with dining table & chairs, utensils to cook, fridge & microwave. Fan, heater, iron & ironing board all available.

I had a number of concerns on arrival, which was quite late at night but Dejai popped over immediately to understand, address & rectify my concerns swiftly. He went above & beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable & to my liking. Shower cubicle is on the small side & I’m quite petite. Would be great to add a salt & pepper pot on the lovely dining table.

The best thing was the size, 3 rooms with lots of space especially for the suitcases. The closeness to lots of amenities was good.

There were lots of things that needed fixing . The toilet seat was almost falling off, in the shower the water did not go away, maybe there is a blockage, you had to switch off the shower twice otherwise the water would overflow the tray. The bathroom needed hooks to put clothes and towels on.The blind in the kitchen needed hooks to be rolled up manually, there was insufficient crockery. The floors were dirty. There was a broken handrail on the stairs. Some instructions on how to use the TV would have been helpful. There was an attempted robbery of a delivery driver immediately outside the front door as we wanted to enter.
