I recently discovered an incredible property that felt significantly undervalued for the experience it offers. The large rooms provide ample space, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The beautiful garden adds a charming touch, making the environment feel truly welcoming. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was not only delicious but also expertly cooked by a lovely lady who genuinely enhanced the morning experience. However, I believe the price should reflect the quality of the stay and be increased, as I felt I was getting more value than what I paid. One downside was the difficulty in locating the check-in office due to visibility issues, which could cause some confusion for new guests. Overall, I highly recommend this property for its excellent amenities and warm hospitality! I believe that the staff are genuinely trying to do their best for the customers, but the owner doesn't seem to have the same motivation. It's a shame because the employees really care and want to provide a great experience, but without support from the top, it can be difficult for them to fully achieve that goal. It’s important for the owner to recognize the value of their hard work and encourage a stronger focus on customer satisfaction.
