Stephanio was very kind and helpful. We got all the necessary information on how to go from Settebagni by train to the center of Rome. Take the train to Roma Tiburtino and from there take the metro all over Rome all the way to the Vatican. The store is nearby, the parking lot is on an otherwise quite busy and narrow street. The apartment was very clean and very well maintained.
The accommodation is too far from the center of Rome for my taste, for which you need an additional half an hour by train. There's something weird about that, too, we rode the train and the metro and experienced a lot of interesting things.

Appartamento ampio, pulitissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno e con letti comodissimi. Proprietari simpaticissimi e super disponibili. Zona tranquilla ma al contempo comoda per raggiungere Roma sia in macchina che in treno grazie alla vicinanza con la stazione ferroviaria.
