From someone who visits Cannes often this apartment was the best one. It has all of the utilities you need. Clean and comfortable. Very kind and communicative host. And location is 10/10, very close to many stores, bars, beach and 1 min walk from train station

The apartment is refurbished.
3 floors,no lift, with some poor stairs and the entrance till 3rd floor looks like you are in a ghetto somewhere 😄. Scary.

L’emplacement est parfait. À côté de la gare et près de la Croisette .Bien aménagé et cosy pour une ou deux personnes.L’ensemble est bien décoré .Tres silencieux dans une rue très fréquentée
Attention ! Le logement est au 3ème étage et un escalier presque en colimaçon . Je n’avais pas vu sur l’annonce. Est ce que c’était mentionné , je n’en suis pas certaine. La climatisation est nulle plutôt ventilation et surtout très mal placée , il n’y en a pas dans la chambre . La boîte à clés est loin de la gare , j’ai pris un taxi avec ma valise . Déçue et un peu stressée vu mon âge

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del Palais de Festival
El estado lamentable de la casa, empezando por el portal, la escalera... y el hecho de que no haya ascensor.
