Woodlands

That view! We arrived on a sunny evening and fell in love with the place so easily. Very clean with comfortable beds. We enjoyed long meals around the big dining table.

Only two things. The downstairs bathroom door had no lock and the top bedroom door wouldn’t close fully. We got around these but these need looking at.

Location was amazing. Great size house and rooms with plenty of room to spread out as a family of 8 with a large kitchen and dining area and great size garden.

Needs a little work, hot tap in the downstairs toilet is only held in place by the pipe work not screwed to the basin. Shower heads as with a lot of places need either replacing or a really good clean so that they work properly and it is sort of dog proof in the garden as long as your dog is very well trained and listens to your commands, our dachshund is a little stubborn and found 2 places to escape as the wall is low in the top part of the garden which leads straight onto the road and by the gate there is no fence and foxes have made a small pathway which he also found, be warned it’s a tight turn to get into the drive but other than that all good.

Very spacious. Well equipped. Very clean.

A couple of minor things … can’t lock downstairs bathroom door. Couldn’t find instructions for coffee machine or oven/microwave but we coped!
