I had a delightful stay here. The rooms were so comfortable. You will be in the heart of the bustling action of Saigon’s District 3. Steps away from delicious food and coffee and a very short distance to Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City attractions. Go to Pho Le just a minute walk away for some amazing Pho. The balcony for my room overlooked the narrow street where you could observe daily life. I will never forget my stay. Cam on!

We had a fabulous stay at Kim’s studio honestly there’s nothing not to love about this place, the staff are so warm and friendly and very attentive to anything you need (they even helped me sew the hem of one of my t-shirts that had come undone). We stayed in the most basic room but it was very comfortable and had good storage space (full wardrobe with shelves) and a table as well as a balcony which was really handy. They made up the room each day and provided fresh towels and also give you hand soap in the room which a lot of homestays don’t do but it goes a long way imo. The location is fantastic with so many amazing food spots nearby in district 3 (I would recommend Mekong Bánh mì & S coffee in particular if you are looking for something local and budget friendly) but you are also really close to the main centre in district 1. The family also has a shop across from the homestay that sells ice creams for way cheaper than Circle K and 7 Eleven.

There was nothing I didn’t like, the only slightly annoying thing was the drain in the shower room clogged a little bit on the first day but it was fine after a quick rinse.

Kim’s studio is simple yet perfect. The room was clean, air con so good which kept it cool 247 working fridge which kept our water cold. The owner is so caring and made sure we were well looked after . Great location too- all perfect
