It was our first trip to Baku. Our plane was delayed. but the staff waited for us and gave us the apartment. The apartment was exactly like the pictures. The location was great. The house was clean and comfortable. I was satisfied. Thank you very much

Our stay at Sweet Apartment Hilton Baku was ok. The apartment was well-furnished, and had all the essential amenities for a comfortable visit. The interior was cozy but the apartment was old and lacked maintenance. That said, once settled in, the stay was ok and the location was convenient for exploring central Baku. With a bit of improvement in accessibility or clearer guidance for check-in, this would be an excellent choice.
The major drawback was the difficulty in accessing the apartment. The directions could have been clearer, and getting to the entrance wasn’t as straightforward as expected. It may be challenging for first-time visitors or those unfamiliar with the area.
