It was our first trip to Baku. Our plane was delayed. but the staff waited for us and gave us the apartment. The apartment was exactly like the pictures. The location was great. The house was clean and comfortable. I was satisfied. Thank you very much

Provide one way airport pickup service , rooms are big and good. Beds are comfortable, Facilities in rooms are ok.

First , the room what I stayed was not what I saw on booking, I asked airport pickup but the driver sent us to another 3rooms apartment which is 800 meters far away from the address on booking. Second, The internet access was super slow. Third, no electricity available at 5 o’clock in the morning at the check out date. Fourth, the message response is super slow and they tried to use what’s up to communication, so booking.com can’t manage them very well. Fifth, I paid cash at the check in day but now they told booking that I wasn’t show up which is ridiculous.
