Sweet Apartment Hilton

Once I got into the apartment I booked it was great but the first 2 nights we were given another, far less nice and frankly dirty apartment where not everything worked a good km away. To be fair to them, always polite and sorted.

Just the fact the first of the 6 days were not where we wanted to be and it really was a pretty poor place (my son called it 'The Back Rooms'). Big but kind of creepy for my 9 year old. Having to pack up and walk with bags and child half way through was far from ideal. But again, the place we booked was amazing when we got in it.

Provide one way airport pickup service , rooms are big and good. Beds are comfortable, Facilities in rooms are ok.

First , the room what I stayed was not what I saw on booking, I asked airport pickup but the driver sent us to another 3rooms apartment which is 800 meters far away from the address on booking. Second, The internet access was super slow. Third, no electricity available at 5 o’clock in the morning at the check out date. Fourth, the message response is super slow and they tried to use what’s up to communication, so booking.com can’t manage them very well. Fifth, I paid cash at the check in day but now they told booking that I wasn’t show up which is ridiculous.
