The location of the apartment is great, only 5 minutes walking from Fountains Square. The view from the master bedroom is amazing. Plus, the manager Sevila is very kind and cooperative.
The bed mattress is extremely hard. The bathroom ventilator is very noisy and there is no way to turn it off, because it is turned on with the bathroom lights.

Location is ok, few minutes walk to Nizami Street. This apartment is above a Hospital/Clinic. Apartment was decent and clean. In a 2 bhk apartment, there were two bedrooms, two washrooms, one smallish kitchen with a smallish sitting area. Heating was good.
We stayed for 3 nights, no cleaning was done or offered even once and we mentioned this while vacating the apartment it was told that they clean only once a week. It felt odd to me. The gentlemen who comes to give the key knows zero English and that is fine. Just keep the translation app ready. I was not unhappy with our stay, was not happy either. Could have made a better choice. Going solely based on reviews can not always be a good idea.
