Great location
The pictures with the balcony and the back patio are not for all the units, the patio is for common use I believe but only two units have the balcony with the beach view

Location of course. Place was clean.
Price was high. Wall unit A/C hot you in the face while trying to sleep, waking you up. This was also written by the previous rent. Turning on the bedroom tv was a mystery. For the price there should have been a pool.
