Sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Moderne Einrichtung. Super Aussicht. Man ist wirklich mitten drin in einem Wohnviertel in der 9-ten Etage. Wie alle Neubauten in Spanien ist es sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten damit kein Problem, da wir Lärmschutz benutzen. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

We had a lovely stay and would recommend this apartment for families. The apartment is clean, modern, and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time there. The checkin process was easy and access to apartment was simple. Location is great - lots of cafes and shops in walkable distance. A few small things could be improved. One of the kitchens drawer and the dishwasher were not properly installed and felt like they might fall out when opened. Near the entrance, there were no hooks for jackets, which would have been practical. In the bathroom, there was only one towel hook, and it kept falling off. As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have a simple welcome pack on arrival, such as water - especially with late arrival, extra would be a small snack, or a bottle of wine. Overall, a pleasant stay in a nice, modern apartment.
