Casa Cortes - TCM

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The balcony was a lovely bonus, although because of the heat we could only really enjoy it in the evenings. The host was extremely kind and attentive, regularly checking in to see if we needed anything. One of the biggest advantages for us was being allowed to check in several hours earlier than the official check-in time, free of charge, as we had an early flight. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the city centre and around 25–30 minutes on foot to the beach, depending on your walking pace. In the early evening, flocks of seagulls flew over the neighborhood, and we even had one seagull that spent most of the time on the rooftop, which was a very interesting and memorable experience for us. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily stay here again.

Some distance to the beach, on foot around 30 -40 min to walk. Old city around 15-20 min on foot. We enjoyed walking so not a big problem for us.

Het dakterras en het gevoel in een compleet huis te verblijven met kastruimte, een fijne keuken en goede bedden.

Het gebouw is gehorig. De lift maakt een scherp geluid en dit is binnen goed te horen. Ook het in en uitlopen van de buren en hun hondjes is duidelijk te horen. Iedereen lijkt rond een uur of 23 wel stiller te worden.

La terraza

Sexta planta donde el ascensor llega hasta la quinta. Tienes que salvar quince escalones a pie (ojo si vas cargado). En el mismo nivel del apartamento está la caja del elevador que se oye desde las habitaciones. Hay mosquiteras en las ventanas de estas, pero no en la puerta de la terraza. Hay mosquitos, sin dispositivos para paliarlos. Por el valor de la noche hubiese sido un detalle cápsulas de café compatibles con la cafetera que hay y algún detergente para el lavavajillas. El suelo no estaba limpio. Pequeños detalles en las que basamos nuestra valoración.
