Excellent location in the heart of the 16th. Lovely spacious apartment. Jean Marie met us with the keys and was very punctual and helpful.

Artwork was a bit of an acquired taste!

Location, Location, Location! The Eifel tower is visible from the from all three windows in the great room. The apartment is huge with plenty of space. Ample seating on two large sofas, ottomans, and chairs. The separate bedroom has a very comfortable bed, its own bath, and independent climate control. The second bath is not private from the bedroom, but that was not an issue because of the additional hall bath. There is plenty of available drawer space but hanging clothes was limited. The kitchen area is adequate; we didn't go to Paris to cook, but there is everything needed in case we wanted to. The location is within walking distance to the metro, the Eifel tower, and numerous cafes and shops. Taxi cabs were available at the circle. The neighborhood is mostly residential feeling, with harmless rowdiness noise in the street after dark. The apartment overlooks a church and since it's the roof, a clear view over other buildings giving a feel of openness. There is an elevator to the 5th floor and one more flight of stairs to the apartment. Two sets of locking doors before the elevator. The courtyard has recycling and trash bins. The apartment appears to have on going renovations, the pictured spiral staircase to the loft is no longer there. Hot water is nearly instantaneous and plenty of pressure. There is a clothes washer. Lots of towels and plenty of soaps and shampoos. Jean Marie met us on arrival to help with our bags. We were given a thorough tour and explanation of the appliances. Jean Marie was available for anything we needed.

There is an odor in the second bath coming from the plumbing which I was told will be addressed. The entrance door to the apartment has a trick to open which required a little force. We were there for 11 nights and could have used a broom or stick vacuum.

Great location, lovely host . So clean and beautiful interior .
