We really enjoyed our stay here. We were a little off put at the beginning but it got good fast and became just great as

The staff were excellent, helpful, concerned and interested in how our tine in Khoa Kakwas going. We absolutely loved the beach . It is more suited to Duncan’s stringer swimmers sine days but off to the sides there were beaches that children could use but supervision would be best. Our rooms were large, comfortable ( though mattresses should be reviewed and perhaps upgraded). The rooms were simple, newly renovated and generally comforting and welcoming to us. Perfect really for a beach holiday! Air Con was terrific!!

The reception desk had been moved into the dinning room and next to the kitchen. Thus made for confusion checking in and was not a good first impression. The dining area really needs to be rethought. It’s not that welcoming and is not upscale enough to entice Europeans and North Americans. Will it do? Yes. Could they really do a lot better with some revamping and system improvements. Also a resounding yes! Pool is nice but again the quality of the seating, lounge chairs, umbrellas, poolside side tables and really all outdoor furnishings is housing them back We loved our 9 days there so much, we think it’s sad that these things are not being done and up-scaled to the extent they could be. It’s really a gem that just needs polishing. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back. The staff were really terrific with us. Nothing we asked for went undone and many things done without asking because they were watching and attentive.

We booked for 3 BUT we had to pay extra on arrival for an extra bed. Did they assume that 3 adults would share a double bed? I had alerted them that we needed an extra bed. We had to pay extra in cash only for each night. Why not factor that into the initial price? Also there is building next door which was very very noisy at times.

A dream come true

The resort is towards the end of a side Road of the crowded Street where you can find all restaurants Thai as well as western cuisine. The Street of the resort is more quit and facing the sea. With 2 teenager kids it was amazing to have all needed within walking distance and a quiet resort which has absolutely everything within 10 steps from your bedroom: the lovely warm sea , a beautiful infinity pool , a fantastic restaurant and wonderful kind staf who really care about . We loved every minute of our stay. The rooms have good airco, beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is fresh. 10 out of 10

Jättefina dagar. Kommer tillbaka.

Vi bodde i en fin bungalow i trädgården, lugnt och stilla. Fin pool och härligt bad i havet en trappa ner. God frukost och god mat i restaurangen. Jättetrevlig personal som hjälpte till med det man behövde. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Lite hårda sängar och tjocka kuddar men man vänjer sej. Inte barnvänligt då det inte finns någon direkt sandstrand p g a tidvattnet.

Überragende Gastfreundschaft, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge

Sehr schönes Hotel, klein und übersichtlich – es hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen und jeden Abend einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang erleben. Das Essen ist lecker und wird immer frisch zubereitet. Unser Sohn hat während des Aufenthalts immer wieder kleine Geschenke bekommen, was ihn sehr gefreut hat. Die Familie ist unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Als meine Frau während der Zeit leider krank wurde, hat uns die Familie mehr als unterstützt. Sie haben uns zum Arzt gefahren und wieder abgeholt und sogar extra Essen für meine Frau zubereitet. Am Schluss mussten wir leider mit dem Krankenwagen zurück nach Phuket ins Spital. Auch dabei haben sie mitgeholfen und alles für uns organisiert. 🫶🏽 Sogar einen Tag nach der Ankunft im Spital haben sie uns ein Geschenk geschickt und nachgefragt, wie es meiner Frau geht. Es ist wunderbar, solch tolle Menschen kennenzulernen. Die thailändische Gastfreundschaft ist hier absolut überragend. Wir können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und werden definitiv wieder einmal vorbeischauen.

Außer Vorfall mit Insekten guter Aufenthalt

Sehr freundliches Personal, die bei allen Anliegen gut erreichbar und extrem nett und zuvorkommend waren! Der Infinity-Pool war schön, vor allem zum Sonnenuntergang, den man von dort perfekt sehen konnte. Fahrradverleih und Wäscheservice haben gut funktioniert.

Am ersten Morgen hatten wir eine sehr große Grille oder Kakerlake sowie Ameisen und eine kleinere Kakerlake oder Käfer im Badezimmer. Wir hatten die Unterkunft extra gebucht, weil in den Bewertungen bisher keine solchen Vorkommnisse angegeben waren. Deshalb waren wir hiervon sehr enttäuscht. Die Rezeptionistin hat jedoch sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll reagiert und uns nach einiger Wartezeit ein neues Zimmer bereitgestellt und hier weitere Schutzmaßnahmen ergriffen. Hier hatten wir an einem Morgen 2 Raupen im Badezimmer, was wir aber als weniger störend empfanden. Andere Hotelgäste hatten diese Erfahrung nicht, vielleicht war es also ein Einzelfall. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist bei mittelmäßiger Frühstücksauswahl und etwas abgeschiedener Lage nicht ganz angemessen.

Reposant et dépaysant

Le personnel est incroyablement gentil. Ils ont tout fait pour m’aider à chaque fois que j’avais besoin. Le lieu est assez isolé du centre pour que ce soit calme, et en même temps à distance à pied. La vue sur la mer est très belle. Les chambres sont bien, dans le style thaïlandais.

Contrairement aux photos on n’a pas vraiment de plage. Y’a une petite plage à côté sinon il faut marcher 10 minutes jusqu’à la plage de khao lak qui est très belle

Heel fijn verblijf, mooi, rustig resort

Fijn verblijf, schoon, mooie tuinen, rustig, mooi zwembad, goed ontbijt. Aardig personeel.

Goed om te weten dat bij vloed het strandje weg is. Khao lak is een badplaats gefocust op toeristen, even zoeken naar authentiek Thais eten (maar wel gevonden).
