Food is excellent I would suggest everyone who stay prasad Villa order food from that location only rest place is waste of money.

No Amenities as we have spent 3600 per night no match. You can find other better option in this price range. No generator as power cut is regular. No point in paying for AC room.

We recently stayed at this wonderful homestay with our family, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and attentive in every possible way. The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety and exceptional quality that made dining a real treat for all of us. What made our visit even more special was that our pet dog was welcomed just as warmly as we were. It was heartwarming to see how pet-friendly and caring the staff were—our furry companion enjoyed the stay just as much as we did! Overall, a perfect getaway with family, great service, and fantastic food. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to visit again!

New house, spacious and comfortable room and bed with a fully new big bathroom. All very clean. The surroundings are outstanding, the house is at a mango farm and it’s surrounded by trees and relax spaces. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals are ordered for home delivery through them and they were very tasty :) totally recommended place to stay, a peaceful area of Ratnagiri
