**Apartment Rules**
1. **Check-In/Check-Out:** Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please adhere to these times unless otherwise arranged.
2. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
3. **No Pets:** Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
4. **Noise:** Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 08:00 from 1/4 until 30/09 for summer .For winter 15:30 - 17:30 and 22:00 - 08:00 from 1/10 until 31/03.
5. **Occupancy:** The apartment is limited to the number of guests listed in your reservation. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval.
6. **Cleanliness:** Please keep the apartment tidy and dispose of trash in the designated bins. If using the kitchen, ensure all dishes are cleaned before check-out.
7. **Damage:** Guests are responsible for any damage to the property. Please report any damages immediately so we can address them promptly.
8. **Keys:** Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Please ensure the apartment is locked when you leave.
9. **Appliances:** Use all appliances and fixtures as intended. Notify us immediately if anything is not functioning properly.
10. **Emergency Contact:** In case of any emergencies, please contact us.
