The upper-level 900 sq ft studio comes complete with a full bath, kitchenette, dining space, workspace, queen bed, queen daybed, and a private balcony with sweeping ocean views.
Outside, enjoy the nearly 0.5-acre backyard perfect for outdoor activities, or gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars. Guests will have access to the entire space.We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM.
Other Things to Note:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.
Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.
