About this cabin rental

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. It feels remote but is only 3 miles from Newport, WA/Oldtown, Idaho where there are restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.

The Pend Oreille River and boat launch are only a couple of miles away with opportunities to fish, kayak, water ski and swim, or just take in some sun.

Priest Lake, Silverwood theme park and Schweitzer ski resort are all within an hours drive. There are many summer and winter activities around the area.

It was just as I expected, I read the prior reviews so as they stated, the last step to the loft is an extra umph but everything else was great. Laundry facility was adequate in an adjacent building, shower was consistent, they even had some extra thoughtful things like bug spray, a steam iron, creamer, coffee pods, and chocolate mints. The owner is highly responsive if you need anything. Cozy, good wifi, lots of cable options, great little outdoor swing/ picnic area. Close to town if you want to explore or buy supplies/food.
