About this apartment rental

Affordable price for a great location. This room is situated above Silver Beach on Lake Coeur d'Alene. The room is a short (.5 mile) walk down to the Centennial Trail and Silver Beach Marina. Follow the trail for 2 miles and you are in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene. If you feel like relaxing head down to the private dock where you can relax or go for a swim. Room includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and TV with DVD player. The bathroom is small and has a stall shower. Stairs down to the room are VERY steep to navigate and can be slippery. Please don't book this property if you have any trouble with steep stairs or any mobility issues. Pets welcome with additional deposit/fee.

Important things to note: There is no cable TV. There is no kitchen. There is an A/C unit in the room, but it can get hot in the summer. The cabin locks only from the inside so please don't book if you are uncomfortable with that. We are not fancy! This is a budget option.

Great place. Small but perfect for the two of us. Clean and comfortable. Private and restful. Check-in perfect with clear instructions in the description. Thanks so much.

The location was great for what we were going to lake court delane for, but it is a bit run down. A little sprucing up and it would be great.
