Welcome to your Bethel retreat! We're so glad you've chosen our home for your getaway.
As you settle in, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy but spacious living room with a propane fireplace. The backyard boasts a fire pit, perfect for evenings under the stars as well as a BBQ grill. We've also included amenities like a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, a huge mud room for all your ski gear, and AC for your convenience.
The location is truly unbeatable. You're just steps from downtown Bethel and a short drive from Sunday River Ski Resort. Groceries, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Plus, you'll have easy access to activities like golf, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing at the nearby Bethel Inn.
We've provided linens, towels, pillows, and bedding for your stay. You'll also find a coffee maker in the kitchen, but we recommend bringing your own filters and coffee. For fresh bread, sweets, and coffee, the Gemini Cafe is just a short walk away.

This property was perfect for our family’s ski vacation to Sunday River. The location was convenient to the slopes, shopping and restaurants. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!The home was exactly what we needed: smart TVs, comfortable living room furniture, and a fireplace.

Very comfortable well stocked house with plenty of room for everyone. Excellent in town location near everything. Perfectly set up for ski/snow gear. Super helpful and accommodating host with great communication. We can’t wait to come back.
