About this cabin rental
Cabin is clean and comfortable, a great place to relax with friends and family. It features new construction and wood paneling with a fully functioning kitchen, central island and breakfast bar. Large dining room table sits 6-8 people.
Main floor bedroom sleeps 4 in one double bed and one set of bunks. Upstairs holds two spacious bedrooms, One with a queen bed and set of twin beds (sleeps 4). Master bedroom has queen bed and twin beds with a trundle (sleeps 5). Full bathroom with tub/shower upstairs and full bathroom with shower stall downstairs.
Cozy propane fireplace and a myriad of family games to help you escape technology. 9 miles to Sunday River Ski Resort and 2 miles to Bethel Maine. Astride the Androscoggin River, Bethel is nestled at the base of Paradise Hill and filled with quaint restaurants and a down to earth community. 10 miles to the White Mountains which include trails for hiking and biking, as well as jumping holes. 2 miles from the Gould cross country skiing area and 10 minute walk to Songo Pond for kayaking, swimming and ice fishing for the especially tough. Back up generator protects from any power outages. An high speed WIFI is available (strong enough for virtual work). TV with google chrome cast to stream from your devices is available.

Stayed here for a local car race in the area. The house accommodated my whole team nicely and was happy to call it our home for the week. Nice amenities, clean, and in a great area. Patricia was super communicative, thank you again!!

Excellent space for our group of 5 woman friends, plenty of sleep space, open concept kitchen/livingroom, bathrooms were clean and had ample necessities. All the amenities you could imagine. We spent the week ATV'ing 30 minutes away and floating down the Androscoggin waterway. Firepit was great, pingpong and laundry also a plus. Best part was that fans were there since it was 90 the week we stayed. Highly recommend!
Side note: bring bug spray, ticks and bugs are not your friend in June!

Spent one week with my family at Patricia’s cabin in Bethel. This was one of the very best places we have stayed (and we have seen a lot). The cabin is beautiful inside and out. The location is perfect for having some quiet time or going out to endless activities.
The cabin is super clean and well furnished. You feel welcomed as you step in. Patricia is a very nice host and wants her guests to really enjoy their staying at her place.
We strongly recommend this property for any season.
