The exterior features an unheated whirlpool, a T-shaped saltwater swimming pool with a self-cleaning system, a furnished terrace, lounge, living room, dining room, full kitchen, guest restroom, garage, 3 bicycles, a fireplace, underfloor heating, a garden, a charcoal grill, a gym, a sauna, and a dedicated workspace. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale.
