Impressive luxury villa located in the urbanization of Puigderrós, on the seafront from where you have the best view over the bay of Palma. It is fully equipped with the highest quality elements, which makes the guest an unforgettable and comfortable stay in an exclusive environment.It has a large garden, terraces with unobstructed views of the sea with sun loungers and umbrellas, an outdoor pool with an infinity edge and views, an indoor heated pool, a gym, a closed garage and outdoor parking for several vehicles.A house with these characteristics wants to provide you with maximum services and that is why it has a 2m x 3m chlorine heated pool with a counter-current machine and a jacuzzi, which you can use for a supplement. Heated Pool (January 1st (2022) to January 1st (2026)): (€60/night) (optional)In the villa you will find a total of 5 double rooms, 3 of them with en suite bathrooms, the masterroom has a hydromassage cabin and a bathtub with jets, 2 rooms with an independent kitchen and an en suite toilet. It offers accommodation for 10 guests. Main kitchen fully equipped with the most modern elements and an outdoor dining terrace area, adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious living-dining room with fireplace (romantic company on winter nights facing the sea).Facilities include Wi-Fi (in all rooms), air conditioning, heating, satellite TV. On the terraces of the house, you will find spaces with furniture adapted to each of them. It also has an internal elevator to connect the noble floor with the upper floor (bedrooms) and with the lower floor (garage and gym).Distance to Palma de Mallorca airport 15 km.Distance to Palma de Mallorca 23 km.Distance to the Maioris golf club 3.2 km.Distance to Delta Tennis Club 1 km.Distance to Cala Maioris 1.2 km.Bed and bath linen as well as pool towels are included in the price.Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property. In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new 'sustainable tourism tax' of the Balearic Islands to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises. The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:• 2,20€ per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1,10€ per day per adult for the remainder. All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st November. This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union. We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment.
Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.

We had an amazing stay at the property. The house is magical with breathtaking views and the concierge service was great and super helpful: helped us with cleaners, chefs and baby sitters for the kids. We had a few issues that took a while to get resolved (broken umbrella, bathroom pipes, availability of towels and sheets, cleanliness of bed headboards) for a week-long trip. Overall highly recommend the house and Pancho rentals.
