- Access to bedroom 2 requires walking through bedroom 1; however, there is a closeable door between the rooms for added privacy
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front door facing the front outdoor entry, 1 camera is located on the corner of the home facing the driveway, 1 camera is located on the front of the garage facing the driveway/bridge, and 1 camera is located on the back of the garage facing the woods. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- The property is located on 110 acres. Due to wildlife in the area, please stay on the designated 7-acre portion of the property by the meadows and creek

The location is perfectly remote and still a convenient drive into nearby towns for whatever you may need. The property really delivered in terms of privacy and being off of the road. The railroad style bedroom configuration would make it hard for two couples to double up. Note: The oven still had a manual and packaging in the broiler tray – nearly a disaster
