Beautiful property - exactly what my family needed. The home is very comfortable. We were two to six guests at various points over a seven day vacation. Lots of room for everyone to spread out on the airy porch or interior sunroom and living room. Hancock is close by for canoe-outfitters, grocery store, and restaurants. We kayaked and canoed on the Delaware (aka front yard), hiked to waterfalls and scenic vista less than two miles down the road, and enjoyed tours of the mushroom farm run by the property manager (and his dog Ralph).

This was the 4th time I stayed there and will return in the future. The house is very comfortable and the location is peaceful with excellent access to the river
