Situated above the bay of Herceg Novi with a partial sea view, sit and relax to the sound of the nearby mountain stream. The building is at the entrance to a beautiful woodland nature trail. There are two small supermarket's (Idea & Voli) within 500m, shops, bars and a great bakery are all within 750m. There are three swimming pools & a children's pool too! Loungers are provided around the decked pool area. Tivat & Dubrovnik airport's are 25km & 28km away respectively making it convenient to get here. It's a great base from which to explore the many beautiful little places all around the bay of Kotor such as Kumbor, Baošići, Perast, Kotor & Tivat as well as Herceg Novi & it's Old Town. A car is an excellent advantage but Public transport is frequent and cheap as well as several local Taxi firm's. The property benefits from Air Conditioning in the living area and bedroom for efficient cooling and heating, as well as under floor heating to keep you comfortable at any time of the year. The Kitchen is equipped with everything to make you feel at home with an oven grill hob as well as a fridge freezer and dishwasher. If eating out is your preference then there are plenty of Restaurant's and Cafe's to choose from. Takeaway food can be delivered using the Glovo App. The apartment is situated on the ground floor. The Old Town is 2.5 km, the beachfront shops and restaurants of Igalo are accessed via the superb Pet Danica walkway 1km. *PLEASE NOTE the Pools are outdoor, un heated and are open from mid May until Late September*
