The Space:
This cottage sits about 10 minutes from Downtown Savannah and 15 minutes from Tybee Island, in the Battery Point neighborhood on Wilmington Island.
Three bedrooms: two upstairs bedrooms with king beds and one downstairs bedroom with a queen bed. Two bathrooms. The living room has a 50 inch smart TV, and the dining area seats guests comfortably with an adjoining breakfast nook.
The backyard overlooks a small pond where you can watch turtles, fish, and the occasional softshell turtle; swimming at the pond is not allowed. The backyard is partly fenced, and the fence ends at the pond, so pets should not be left outside unattended.
Parking for two cars in the driveway plus one additional spot on the street. The garage is small and best used for storage rather than parking.

You will need a car or rideshare to get around, since the roadways here lack sidewalks. Downtown Savannah is about a 10 minute drive and Tybee Island about 15 minutes. A Publix grocery store is about three minutes away. Urgent care in Whitemarsh is a 6 minute drive for emergencies.
