Lovely build-out, thoughtful details all around the house. Beautiful spot! Appliances feel quite outdated though, and many dishes in the cabinets were dirty.

Stayed here for a weekend to see the fall colors with my adult children and 16 month old granddaughter. We hiked some nearby trails (codfish point?). And visited Kingston’s Saturday morning market… very nice! Spent a lot of time enjoying the gardens and sitting around a bonfire in the evening. The house is spectacular with all the windows bringing the outdoors indoors, although noise does carry in this house so once granddaughter was up in the morning, all were up in the morning, lol!Kitchen is very well stocked for preparing meals, a good selection of spices so you don’t have to bring all of that with you. A few different outdoor seating spaces to choose from, all with comfortable seating.Adam was a great communicator, check-in was easy. And all around great experience. I would stay here again in a minute.Thank you for sharing your home with us Adam.

Beautiful home nestled in a picturesque wooded setting. Perfect for walks with the kids. Kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed grilling on the deck looking at the fall foliage. Perfect weekend for our family of all ages.

Really great property, well stocked, beautiful home with incredible grounds. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The kids couldn't stop saying, " This is the best vacation rental we've ever had"!
