Come and enjoy this lovely home which is the eastern half of a 2-story duplex. The main level of your unit boasts a large living room complete with a wide-screen TV, designated workstation, plenty of seating, dining room table and chairs, and a fully-appointed kitchen. Double-doors lead to the rear patio and designated driveway. Kitchen has all you will need: electric stove, dishwasher, frig, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, smoothie blender, as well as pots, pans, cutting boards, glassware, barware, stemware and place settings. Complimentary coffee, teas, olive oil and various spices are provided for your use. The main floor also contains the laundry room as well as the main floor powder room.
Upstairs has two large bedrooms. The first bedroom, (our “Mountain Room”), is furnished with a stunning hand-crafted log bedframe with a full-size bed. This room has its own TV and a gorgeous view of Cheyenne Mountain. Opposite this room’s vanity/sink/mirror is a large walk-in closet. The other bedroom, (our “City-Lights Room”), has a queen bed plus another large sectional sofa. This room has its own vanity/sink/mirror as well as a large walk-in closet. The two bedrooms are connected via a “Jack-n-Jill bathroom”.
One of the unique qualities of this property is its close proximity to the historic Broadmoor resort (1.5 Miles away), the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (2.5 Miles away), Fort Carson, the Cheyenne Mountain State Park, Cheyenne Canon, and downtown Colorado Springs. Colorado College, Garden of the Gods and the United States Air Force Academy are easy to reach from here with easy vehicular access to I-25.
