The villa features WiFi, mosquito nets, and air conditioning in all bedrooms. Outdoors, enjoy a panoramic swimming pool (12x5.5 m, depth 1.1–2.1 m, open May–Oct), a furnished terrace, barbecue area, and an outdoor shower. Nearby highlights include Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano, and Perugia. Pets are welcome upon request. Final cleaning, air conditioning, and heating are available at an additional charge.
