Whether you're here to attend a sporting event or relax in a serene, spacious setting, this home has everything you need.
The house boasts a well-designed layout with plenty of room for everyone to gather or find a quiet corner. You’ll love the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and cozy bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. In addition to its spacious living areas, the house features fiber-optic Wi-Fi, 8 TVs, and a fun-filled game room with pool and foosball tables. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a busy day, this home also offers two sets of washers and dryers, making it ideal for long stays or larger groups.

Pros: the layout of this house plus the location was perfect for our Cooperstown ASV week. It’s a beautiful house with some great upgrades. The huge deck and backyard made for a great team bbq.Cons: I’d say the only real con was the AC didn’t work great upstairs, so on the really hot days the temp difference between down and up was pretty rough.On the whole - we all had a fabulous time and really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely recommend this house for future CASV families and any others wanting to visit the area.
