We enjoyed a fantastic four nights in Savannah- our first time here! The location of this property could not be better as we walked everywhere. It’s very clean and thoughtfully appointed. My only con is the downstairs bedroom colors and furniture is completely changed from the bright, inviting room that is depicted in the listing. It has been transformed to a VERY dark, gloomy boudoir style room including a large jetted tub at the foot of the bed. I didn’t care for it and had to use my phone flashlight to see into the dresser drawer. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer my questions. This property is great for two people.

Perfection! Location couldn't be better. Very close walking distance to everything. Got parking right outside the door and only used the car to go to Tybee island. Rental was clean and comfortable. Nicer than the pictures due to some recent updates. Our host Julie was wonderful, from my questions before i rented to our departure. She responded to all of my questions almost immediately and gave me great recommendations. Thank you Julie for all of your help and assistance. We loved Savannah and if we get back one day I most definitely will stay here again.

Our stay was perfect. Very large and comfortable. The upstairs living room and kitchen were clean and well stocked. The half bath upstairs was a bonus. The pictures were truly accurate. The bedroom downstairs was wonderful. They even included a wine fridge. Best nights sleep we've had in a long time and very secure. The location was excellent. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, but far enough to be quiet and safe. Don't miss Quinn's for breakfast, the Pink House bar area for dinner, Keegan's for lunch and the Darling Oyster Bar for Happy Hour. River Street and City Market are close by. A longer walk is to Forsythe Park going down Burr street and returning up Abercorn is a must for historical buildings, sightseeing and shops. Our host, Julie kept us fully informed and communicated with us regularly and answered quickly, several questions prior to our arrival. This was a real find and we definitely recommend staying here. Perfect for a couple looking to enjoy the beauty and history of Savannah. We hope to return soon.

Initial frustration in inquiring about parking, no answer until booking cancelation expired. While comfortable, there were several unfinished aspects to the rental or the supplies . One of which caused a rodent to enter while we were there. Management was responsive to solving problem. Without several small issues rating would have been higher.
