The place is perfect for a family vacation. Clean, safe and overall fun. They have 2 communal pools and a big child water play area. The beach is a 4 minute walk. Overall a good experience.

the specific unit i stayed in (3 bed garden view balcony) had 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 upstairs in a loft area with SPIRAL stairs. that would have been nice to know before booking as it was inconvenient and a hazard for the small children. also, the blinds were missing in the living room - i asked them to replace/fix and they never did. unit was VERY VERY dated. also they apparently knew the AC was having issues upstairs because the actual owner randomly walked in (she was not friendly either) and stated she didn't know someone was staying there but the AC guy was coming to check something. at this point the upstairs ac was running fine. worker leaves ... that night ac is on the fritz. we wake up the next day to it being 78 i'm spending my vacation calling and messaging about this AC and they keep telling me it's working. FINALLY at 6 pm they agree to move me to a different unit. NIGHT AND DAY. this unit was also older but much better maintained. and the crazy part that i was inconvenienced and the gentleman who helped me had the nerve to say "we'll keep the nightly rate the same" as if they were doing ME a favor.
this is a beach area so sand etc will make an appearance. it would be nice if they actually had a decent broom/mop to use.
all in all the property as a whole is nice enough and in a good location - clayton's is a 15 min walk down the beach to your left. our property's beach had a LOT of tar because no one (from what i witnessed) was maintaining the beach area.
