This vacation rental is the perfect blend of comfort and style, featuring three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bright and airy open floor plan that will make you feel right at home.
With a fenced back yard, you'll have the perfect spot to enjoy some outdoor fun, BBQ or simply soak up the sun.. There is convenient private parking at the unit. This charming retreat is the ideal setting for your long term stay. Security and utility deposits required. Stays of 30 nights or longer required. ***We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, cream, and sugar for the provided Italian drip coffee maker and pod style coffee marker onsite.
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional pet fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly. ***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***
