1 - Please remove your shoes when indoors.
2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited
3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.
4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 8am. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.
4 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home.
5 - If using street parking, please consider the neighbors and park near the home, if possible.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Should you choose to have a package delivered anyway, Descansa Property Management is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. We will not be available to help locate in the event of either.
8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.

☐ Check out by 11am. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in a $50 fee.
☐ Turn off all lights, appliances, AC, and heat (unless temperatures are below freezing)
☐ Wipe down kitchen/kitchenette surfaces and dining table.
☐ Wash, dry, and put away dishes (empty dishwasher, if applicable)
☐ Please remove all perishable items from the home (condiments ok to leave)
☐ Return household items to their original location
☐ Sign out of personal media on television/roku
☐ Lock all windows and doors
☐ Message us when you’ve left, if you can!
To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we've partnered with Safely to provide accidental damage protection. This coverage is included in your rental rate and fees and protects you against accidental damages during your stay. The Safely Stay Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $1,500 in coverage for accidental damage to contents and the property. Full terms can be found at safely.com/terms. This fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least 24 hours before arrival.
In the event of a cancellation, if a refund is approved, a 5.5% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment transfer costs. This fee is non-refundable, as it is automatically charged by our payment provider at the time of the original transaction. As the reservation has already been canceled and the booking dates have been lost, we are unfortunately unable to absorb these processing fees. Thank you very much for your understanding.
