Welcome to Belmont Haven, your perfect retreat in the heart of the Belmont District! Nestled just one block off Belmont and half a mile from Portland’s renowned Hawthorne Street, our home offers the ideal blend of local charm and modern comfort.
Home Features:
-Fully Equipped Kitchen: Enjoy a craftsman-style kitchen complete with ample counter space, microwave, toaster, water kettle, French press, Keurig, and dishwasher.
-Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: The master bedroom features a plush king bed and a gorgeous bathroom with an oversized jet tub. Upstairs, you’ll find two twin-sized bedrooms.
-Finished Basement: Perfect for families or groups, the basement includes a private bathroom, a queen-sized bed, a pullout couch, and a TV.
-Outdoor Oasis: Relax on the private covered patio surrounded by lush greenery—ideal for morning coffee or evening wine.
-Dining: The formal dining room comfortably seats up to ten, perfect for hosting gatherings.
