Berwicks House is a modern & elegantly decorated 3-bed house to accommodate up to 5 people, situated only 4 mins from the NEC.

Kept immaculately clean at all times, you can depend on us for a comfortable & enjoyable stay that feels just like home.

We offer Netflix and Freeview in the lounge. There is Wifi throughout the house.

We have a modern kitchen with top quality cooking appliances, including a single electric oven and 4 ring gas hob, and a microwave. We also have a dishwasher, washer machine and ironing facilities available for your use. We offer a Nespresso machine with a variety of complimentary coffee capsules for your enjoyment. We also have a selection of speciality teas available, and please help yourself to the complimentary biscuits!

Bedrooms include a choice of super-king / king / single beds.

Hairdryers are provided in every bedroom, and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience, along with towels and comfortable bedding.

Travel cot, high chair and baby bath support available upon REQUEST and pending availability (please note we do not bring bedding or blankets for safety and hygiene reasons). Please request this BEFORE booking since we cannot guarantee availability.

As such, we are very approachable and will help guests with anything they need during their stay. With our two daughters we are a family and this is a family run business! So whilst we offer our properties for corporate / business use, we also welcome families with open arms and provide extra facilities such as high chairs and travelk cots
