Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 90 days before check-in for a refund (minus a 5% cancellation fee and administrative fees).
After 90 days, the full booking amount is due with no refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, weather issues, or personal emergencies.
Stately reserves the right to adjust rates if misquoted due to error.
