*Our cozy forest retreat occasionally encounters insects and mice due to its natural surroundings. Rest assured, our home is kept clean and well-maintained, with regular pest control services every quarter to manage these visitors. Please note they can still sometimes be found.
Vermont is also home to a lot of wildlife including Bears, coyotes, foxes, spiders, etc. You may encounter some of them during your stay. To keep these wild encounters outside we appreciate your cooperation in keeping screens closed when you have the doors open and making sure all food and garbage is properly stowed. Please leave all trash inside the mudroom.

Vermont has more than 4 seasons 1 of the additional seasons being MUD season - Please note that this home is located on a dirt road and gets very muddy as soon as the snow melts until about June.
