This condo will no longer have access to the Gulf front pool or the Blue Dunes bar and grill. THe HOA does provide air conditioned bathrooms and will have food trucks on site a few days per week.

the Tops'l Preserve in Miramar Beach, and has private security, several resort
restaurants, and numerous clay tennis courts. Tides guests have their
own private tennis and pickleball courts, miniature golf, shuffleboard, and the Tides private
swimming pool with a toddler wading pool.

entertainment, shopping and summertime fireworks displays.
