The villa is located close to the center of this quiet village named Kleino, is located on an elevation of 900 meters above sea level. The airport of Ioannina is 70 Km and Philipos airport is around the same distance. Athens is 4 hours by car, Thessaloniki is 3 hours by car. Other places of interest except Meteora are Agios Nikolaos Anapafsas, Theopetra cave, Pertouli village and ski center, Elati village, and the monasteries of: Agios Stefanos, Megalo Meteoro, Roussanou and Varlaam.
The 120 square meter villa is located on a 500 square meter land plot. The surroundings are the village and the nearby mountains. The villa has a garden area with a barbeque kiosk, and a parking area just nearby. You will walk into the beautifully furnished living room with large windows that see to the outside views, the village and the mountains.
