Great location. Easy to get to beach and excellent air con. Friendly neighbours in the complex and a well located pool - perfect for the end of beach trip.

Was disappointing that we had to make and strip the beds and for the price would expect at least that the beds would be made up with the linen. Also there was a lot of built up rubbish in between the cushions on the leather couch. The lack of basic toiletries and the minimal provision of soaps and detergents was also a leg down. Check in was an issue as I was told I hadn’t paid my deposit when I had paid in full on booking. When I was asked to online check in after my fee was no longer refundable I had to sign up to all the additional terms over and above the ones advertised on booking.com. Including a photo of my licence and credit card. When I called to discuss I had to speak to a call centre in Manila

Needs more kitchen equipment

The location was quiet. One street back from the main drive but with sea/beach views from the dining room and kitchen. The bedrooms (one king and one queen size) were excellent for two couples, but the queen size mattress may need replacing in the near future (as per one of our guest's comments). I will definitely stay there again.

Loved the location and the size and floor plan of the unit.

Both the cutlery and the cookware need updating. Most of the cutlery has loose handles, as does the very limited pots and pans. Also, we wanted to use the bar-b-que but found the drip tray had not been cleaned and was full and gross. Not sure if that is your cleaner’s job but I know it wasn’t ours. The unit is advertised as 1 x large Queen bed, 1 x normal Queen bed where in fact it is 1 x King bed, 1 x Queen bed ( for linen purposes).
