The room & bathroom were spacious and the kitchenette was conveniently equipped.
When I got to the breakfast room, i was told that "the boss" had said that I could not have breakfast - it had not been booked. I showed the staff member my booking, which included breakfast, but was told that if I had anything, I would have to pay for it. I insisted, and got a very basic, disappointing breakfast. By the time I finished, the staff member had not been able to get hold of "the boss" yet. The experience was so unpleasant that I organised my own breakfast for the next day, although the staff member did tell me later that her superior had admitted that it had been their mistake.
