Let’s start with the staff, because that’s what truly makes a hotel. They were absolutely amazing—extremely friendly and always doing everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. You genuinely get the feeling that they care about their guests. The hotel is very new, so most of this review reflects its condition at the time of writing. If they maintain it properly, I’m sure it will continue to be an outstanding place to stay. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The pool is absolutely stunning and one of the most enjoyable and luxurious hotel pools I’ve experienced. It’s also positioned at the perfect angle to the sun, so even until around two and a half hours before sunset, at least half of the pool area is still sunny. The entire hotel is finished to a very high standard, and the layout is practical and comfortable. The pool bar is fantastic, the gym is small but perfectly adequate and has everything you would expect from a hotel gym, and the same goes for the spa. The design is beautiful—minimalistic, elegant, and modern. Breakfast is exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this level. Everything is comfortable, from the poolside chairs to the dining area and the sun loungers. The only points I would deduct are that the room was only tidied up each day—they didn’t actually clean the toilet or the shower. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect at least a basic cleaning of the bathroom every day, especially since the bathroom itself is very luxurious. Another downside is that the bathroom didn’t include basic complimentary amenities such as a shower cap or cotton swabs, which I think are standard for a hotel like this. Finally, there weren’t enough umbrellas around the pool. If you didn’t manage to get a sunbed with an umbrella early enough, you were unlikely to find one later.

From the moment we walked in we had the feeling we were at a 5 star hotel. The room and facilities are super clean and luxurious, we especially enjoyed the spa's sauna and jacizzi which were free for guests to use. The breakfast was also amazing with an enormous variety of options. The cocktails were excellent and were brought to us by the pool, all of the staff were extremely polite and hospitable.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Location, staff, food, facilities but the reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because we booked a swim up room and the swim up pool was in the shade and like an ice bath. If I had known I would never have spent the extra money and I would have booked a regular room. The main pool was wonderful. Everything else was just perfect.
