The design of the apartment was excellent and overall, quite suitable for staying a few days in Tbilisi. It was quite spacious and comfortable for our group of 4, incl. a couple and 2 singles. Beds were comfortable, the view was excellent, the place had everything you need for a few days.
a couple of minor things: 1) the instruction of how to use the key door could be clearer (where and how long to hold, for instance.); we struggled to figure out in the beginning. 2) the lift broke down on the last day and the apt was on the 7th floor. we had to use the stairs a few times. Luckily, it was repaired in time for us to bring most of our suitcases down when we left (one of us left the night before and had to carry her 2-week travel + presents suitcase down by stairs.)

Exceptional property in the heart the city. Elegant and generous accommodation. All the facilities were exceeding our expectations. We stayed with a family of 5, with grandparents and one toddler and thought it perfectly suited our needs. Instructions from the property owner also very clear and they made themselves available for every request.
