The location was fine. Good Wi-fi and comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped. Large flat-screen smart TV, very spacious apartment and large balcony with direct sea view. Good free parking and 24hr security. Had face to face contact with only one member of Veloche team (Alex) who was very helpful.
Maintenance of services and facilities needs significant improvement, e.g. over 3 days to successfully repair main a/c unit, cleanliness of main bathroom very poor and unhygienic (toilet seat eventually replaced after complaint and several days delay), no hot water supply to kitchen sink. Nearly all of the problems encountered should have been resolved before our arrival and resulted from poor maintenance. Describing the apartment as exquisite in it´s current state is somewhat misleading.
