Woodbridge Property at Karon Butterfly

Clean, high standard

Gary was an exceptionally engaged host. He solved every problem really fast and really well. He is also very friendly and helped with our luggage and was there for a very late check in at 11:30 PM. Also the other staff was wonderful and very friendly. We also loved the premises. The property is on the top of a mountain and it is like a little calm oasis in the middle of busy Phuket. Like a little jungle get away with great gardens and a very nice pool area.

The property is unfortunately on a very steep mountain, which is very hard to walk up and down if you are with a baby and a stroller or if you are a senior with walking difficulties. Also some taxis had difficulties driving up or down this very steep hill. Additionally the main road on the bottom of the hill is very dangerous with a very narrow sidewalk which also stops sometimes. The very fast passing cars and motorcycles make a walk at this main road very difficult and dangerous. So we only left the property with a taxi, because we couldn't walk with my children and elderly mother.

The rooms were big enough and comfortable.

We did'nt know that it was condominium. The property is on a steep hill. One has to climb around 50 steps up and down every time. No room cleaning services available. No help with the luggage.
