Walking distance to our work place. Clean rooms. Two toilets. So both of us were comfortable

Some level of noise and sound in the hallway/corridor. Some sort of construction noise. Outside of the hotel could be some more aesthetic and cleaner. Amenities like iron box, remote control, lack of OTT channels missing.

The hotel is centrally positioned, walking distance to Orbit mall, where there are many restaurants. Checkin was quick, the room were clean and well decorated with all the necessary requirements. The wifi worked well. The staff were well mannered and helpful. The manager of the hotel attended to the minor concerns with professionalism. The breadfast was good, could improve with more options.This is a well managed hotel and would recommend this hotel for your visit to hyderabad.

The staff need more knowledge about tourist attractions in the area. They were unable to advise us positively about the main attraction, Ramoji flim studio. They need training about travel within the city.

Breakfast was good and had several north and south indian options, including some continental items. Everything was good. The Hotel staff was attentive and tried to resolve some issue promptly. Location is very good.

The room we stayed had some bad smell which was informed to the staff members. They tried their best to resolve it and also offered alternative accommodation in another property (but that was not suitable for us). They put room freshener which helped a bit but the smell kept coming in the middle of the night and it was not pleasant.
