The helpdesk and the team at reception were very helpful and knowledgeable. Of them, Ms. Ayesha was splendid in her professional approach, timely support and providing necessary details and clarifications. The room service was excellent and always on time as promised. The room was very comfortable, with all amenities as indicated. Food was great and ambience very simple but excellent. Support from kitchen team was also excellent.
The location could have been better but I guess location per se is insufficient if the hotel/ property did not meet the rest of my expectations.
